Mango Tree is one of Asia’s most recognised Thai dining brands, built over three decades into a global presence with over 50 locations.

Mango Tree brings concepts purpose-built for the airport and travel environment, with rapid turnover, fluctuating volumes and consistent quality across all day parts – from early-morning departures through to late-night arrivals.

Mango Tree Thai Kitchen and Brew & Bites by Mango Tree both pair Thai and Asian dishes, snacks and beverages with the speed and accessibility travellers expect. They suit footprints from compact kiosks to fuller-service spaces in high-traffic locations, where flexibility and throughput matter most.

Both concepts run on the company’s proprietary sauce and paste system. This simplifies kitchen operations, shortens training and lets smaller teams deliver full-menu quality with confidence. For concessionaires, that means lower labour dependency, tighter cost control and predictable output even at peak.

Mango Tree’s credibility is built on real operating experience. The company has run airport operations first-hand at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi for over 20 years, with a deep understanding of airport F&B logistics, staffing and passenger flow.

Its franchise footprint already spans key travel hubs across Asia – Mango Tree Kitchen outlets operate in Japan at major train stations, at Singapore Changi Airport, Wuhan and Chongqing airports in China, and via the Brew & Bite by Mango Tree concept in Bangkok.

Mango Tree is seeking partnerships with operators who value international recognition alongside hands-on airport credentials.
