TERMS & CONDITIONS

REGISTRATIONS FOR EVENT

Each delegate's registration must be linked to ONE (1) unique email address only. The email address provided at the time of booking must correspond to a named email account, not a generic or shared account. However, additional email addresses may be provided during registration for notification and confirmation purposes. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address(es) upon successful completion of registration.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information and must inform the organiser of any changes. The organiser may rely on the information you provide.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing a delegate from attending, the organiser will accept a replacement delegate. However, delegate passes cannot be shared or split among delegates under any circumstances.

Each full delegate pass allows access to all event activities, including the conference, exhibition, and networking/social activities, such as refreshment breaks, lunches, the opening cocktail, and the gala dinner.

All payments are to be made to the organiser in US Dollars.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to The Moodie Davitt Report (Events@MoodieDavittReport.com).

Refunds will be considered based on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice as follows:

  • If cancellation notice is received on or before 7 May 2026 (Hong Kong time), 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation notice is received between 8 May 2026 and 7 June 2026 (Hong Kong time), 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Registration fees will not be refunded if cancellation notice is received after 7 June 2026 (Hong Kong time), even in the case of non-attendance, but the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to The Moodie Davitt Report prior to the Event.

Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in USD.

In exceptional circumstances, the organiser may need to postpone or cancel the event. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any such changes. If the event is cancelled, or if it is postponed and you cannot attend the new date, we will mutually agree to either transfer your fees to an alternative event booking or refund any fees you have paid in advance. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment or, where this is not reasonably possible, to a bank account held in the same legal name as the original payer, subject to the organiser’s verification procedures.

You agree that the organiser’s liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid, and the organiser will not be liable for any expenses, damages, or losses you incur as a result of the cancellation or postponement.

The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the programme schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.

FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDING

Except as otherwise instructed at the event (for example, where sessions are stated to take place under the Chatham House Rule), you are permitted to make reasonable video or audio recordings and to take photographs at the event, in each case for your own personal use. You must not make video or audio recordings of the whole (or substantially the whole) of at the event or of any session within the event, or use any recordings or photographs for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by the organiser.

You acknowledge that the event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means or photographed, including photographs of individual attendees or groups of attendees. You agree to permit the organiser or any third party licensed by the organiser, to use and distribute such footage and photographs, which may feature images of you, in all or any media (including social media) whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings and photographs. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to be included in any individual or group photographs.

USE OF YOUR DETAILS

All information received by the organiser from your use of your attendance at any event will be used by the organiser in accordance with our privacy policy. Please read this for details of how we may process your personal data. In particular, the organiser may contact you as required for the organisation and administration of any event.

If you provide the organiser with an email address that will result in any messages the organiser may send you being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or colleague) then you promise that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that the organiser may stop sending messages to you without notifying you.

By completing the registration form, you consent to the inclusion of your name, job title and company name in the published delegates list, which will be shared with all other delegates, partners and sponsors of the event. You also consent to the distribution of your contact details to the host and organiser of this event. You can opt out of being included in the delegate list by emailing Events@MoodieDavittReport.com.

Delegates must not use the delegate list for their own promotional and marketing purposes, for example by using the delegate list for sending any form of unsolicited communications to other delegates.

The organiser will only contact you for marketing purposes, and will only pass on your contact details to sponsors for marketing purposes, to the extent that you agree to this (for example, during the registration process for any event).

TERMS FOR SPEAKERS

If you are a speaker or moderator at any event, you acknowledge that any or all of the following may apply to your involvement in the event:

  • The organiser may share your contact details with other speakers and/or sponsors for the event, for purposes relating to your participation in the event; and
  • The organiser may mention you on our LinkedIn feed and other social media channels, with or without your photograph.

If you have any concerns about any of the above, please speak to your contact for the event.

You confirm that your contribution to the event will comprise your own original content and that you will either own, or have permission to use, any materials you use, distribute or display at the event (for example, any slides, handouts or other presentation materials).

EVENT CONTENT

Event content means any content communicated, supplied, displayed or otherwise made available by us, or by any speakers, at or in connection with any event. This includes, but is not limited to, any presentations, handouts, slides or audiovisual materials.

Event content is only for your general information and entertainment purposes and is not intended to address your particular requirements. In particular, event content does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by the organiser or by any speaker. It is not intended to be and should not be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment, purchase, sale or other decisions. Appropriate independent advice should be obtained before making any such decision, such as from a qualified financial adviser.

Views expressed by speakers are their own and the organiser disclaims all liability for advice given or views expressed during an event.

Any agreements, transactions or other arrangements made between you and any other delegates at any event are at your own responsibility and entered into at your own risk.
