VISA INFORMATION

To ensure a smooth arrival, please review the visa

requirements below based on your purpose of visit.

Do I Need a Visa to Enter India?

Citizens of all countries except Bhutan and Nepal require a visa to enter India. Maldives citizens can get a visa on arrival for tourism purposes only (not valid for business activities).

Two Main Options for Attending the Event

1. Business Visa

Upon completing your event registration, we will issue an official invitation letter on company letterhead. This letter significantly strengthens your visa application and is accepted by all Indian missions worldwide. Please note that we are unable to assist further with visa applications beyond the provision of a letter of invitation.

If you require an official invitation letter to support your visa application, you must first register for the conference. After completing your registration, you may request an invitation letter from the organisers.

To request your invitation letter, please email us at events@moodiedavittreport.com with:

  • Copy of the passport (valid for minimum 6 months from date of arrival)
  • Designation
  • Company/Organisation name
  • Purpose of visit
  • Arrival date
  • Departure date
  • Letter to be addressed to - Consulate name & address

Please note that the invitation letter is provided to confirm participation in the conference and does not guarantee visa approval, as visa decisions are made solely by the consular authorities.
